1983 Williams Joust head-to-head pinball machine
Building Location: Vip
Game Type = SS

The 1983 Williams Joust is a head-to-head style pinball game. It is best played with two players (simultaneously), but it can also be played with one player (controlling flippers on both sides of the playfield.) But play with two players is much more fun. After playing all balls, the game goes to a 30 second unlimited multi-ball at game end. This game is very rare at only 402 units being produced, game designed by Barry Oursler. The machine was originally named "Conflict", but was changed to "Joust" because of the popularity of the 1981 Williams head-to-head video game by the same name.

This is the actual game at the VFW Pinball Museum. Any questions regardling this game, or any games for sale, please email the VFW Pinball Museum at
